Honey Salmon

Salmon is rich in Omega-3,  vitamin D, vitamin A, and minerals like selenium, zinc, phosphorus, calcium and iron. Adding salmon to your dinner is a great way for you to lose weight. Furthermore, salmon is considered “good fat” or “fatty acids,” meaning, fats that our body can break down. The recipe below is simple. I pair the recipe with a George oFreman Grill which only took me 12-15 minutes to grill the salmon. And, if you do not have a George oFreman Grill, you can bake the salmon at 450 degrees F for 12-15 minutes.

3oz—Salmon
1tsp–Olive Oil
1tsp–Raw Honey
A Pinch of Black Ground Pepper
A Pinch of Sea Salt
